Looking for a fun, low-impact way to improve your fitness? Our Aquafit classes combine cardio, strength, and mobility exercises in the comfort of our warm 30Β°C private pool, providing an effective full-body workout that is gentle on the joints.
Each session is led by an experienced instructor and uses the natural resistance of the water to help improve fitness, strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you're returning to exercise, recovering from injury, looking to stay active, or simply wanting a workout that feels enjoyable rather than intimidating, Aquafit is suitable for a wide range of abilities.
