Aquafit @ Three Oaks

We’re so excited to announce our NEW AQUAFIT sessions at Three Oaks! Our Aquafit (Aquacise) classes are designed to be fun, high-energy, and low-impact, suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.

What to Expect:

Each class is led by an experienced instructor and takes place in our warm (30°C), private pool. Sessions combine a mix of cardio, resistance, and mobility exercises, using the natural resistance of the water to give you a full-body workout — without putting stress on your joints.

Expect a friendly, welcoming environment, upbeat music (think 80s classics and feel-good tunes!), and plenty of encouragement throughout. Whether you're looking to improve fitness, build strength, aid recovery, or simply enjoy moving in the water, our sessions are designed to be both effective and enjoyable.

Our 8-week Aquafit course is running from Wednesday 3rd June to Wednesday 22nd July. These sessions are a great way to build consistency, improve fitness, and enjoy a fun weekly workout in the water. After your taster session, we will be in touch and would love to have you join the rest of the course!
