Adult and Child Lessons
Our Adult and Child lessons are for swimmers aged new born to 3yrs+. They have a maximum of 5 swimmers per class and we run lessons six days a week.
Our private pool at Three Oaks is kept at 30 degrees, and we have free onsite parking and spectators are welcome to view lessons from our poolside seating.
We have 2 showers, group and individual changing areas which have fold down changing tables available. We are a breastfeeding friendly site and have comfy seating making it super easy to provide a post-swim feed.
Small Groups, Personalised Care
Classes are organised strictly by age group so the skills taught directly match your child's developmental stage. We cap every class at just 5 swimmers, allowing our instructors to build strong, trusting relationships and adapt every lesson to you and your child’s individual needs.
Fun, Theme-Based Learning
Repetition builds confidence, but variety keeps it exciting. While swimmers consistently practice essential foundational skills, like water confidence, floating, and bubble blowing, we deliver them through a different creative theme each week, whether its Magic, Dinosaurs, Under the Sea, Construction, Creepy Crawlies, or Food Week, our team is experienced, passionate, and dedicated to making every splash memorable.

What to expect at your first lesson
Location & Parking
Address: Three Oaks, Botley Road, Bishops Waltham, SO32 1DR.
Arrival: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your lesson to help prevent congestion.
Parking: Free parking is available at the front and rear of the complex, with designated accessible spaces right outside the pool entrance. The pool and parking are clearly signposted across this multi-use site.
Arrival & Entry
Finding Us: Look for the flag to the left of the house to find the pool entrance.
Check-In: Our Front of House team will greet you, sign you in, show you to poolside, and introduce your instructor.
Footwear & Strollers: Please remove shoes at reception and place them on the rack. Baby carriers are welcome on poolside, but strollers must be left outside.
Poolside Guidelines
Spectators & Siblings: Siblings are welcome to watch and enjoy our book corner and play area. For safety, siblings must not enter the water or dangle feet in the pool.
Comfort: Poolside gets warm (especially in summer), so light clothing is recommended.
Double Nappy Policy (Under 3s)
To prevent accidents, all swimmers under 3 must wear a disposable swim nappy with a neoprene Happy Nappy over the top. Adding a swimsuit over this is optional, and we have spares available to borrow if you ever forget yours. Check out our FAQs for more info on this.
Feeding Advice
We recommend finishing any feeds at least an hour before the lesson begins. Learning to swim is hungry work, so be sure to have a snack and a drink ready for a quick refuel right after the lesson!
Facilities & Changing Rooms
After your session, you'll find a small group changing room, individual cubicles, changing mats, and two showers. We also keep spare costumes, goggles, and towels on site. If you need a hand getting changed, our Front of House team is always happy to enjoy some baby cuddles! Lessons are staggered to prevent overcrowding, but please keep showers quick and aim to change within ten minutes.
