Pick your Pool

Our new venue and headquarters for the Standen Swim Academy is Three Oaks. This site is in Bishops Waltham along Botley Road.

This purpose-built indoor pool facility features two swimming pools perfect for young learners and those developing their technique and distance strengths. The first pool is 10m x 4m pool with a consistent depth of 0.8m, perfect for those building confidence in the water. The second pool is 10m x 3m, the shallow end 0.6m gradually progressing up to a 1.6m depth, ideal for progression to diving. Both pools are heated to 30 degrees.

Excellent facilities compliment the main pools for both user and spectator convenience and comfort. A spacious reception area to wait for your lessons, plenty of spectator seating to watch your little ones, a dedicated sibling zone to keep everyone entertained, individual and group changing rooms, two toilets and two showers.

The site is situated within a quiet location with plenty of free parking close to the entrance of the complex.

Twyford School is located in centre of Twyford Village. 11mins drive from Winchester and 15mins dive from Eastleigh.

Twyford School is the oldest preparatory school in the UK and is home to a 4 lane x 20m pool. At either end of the pool the water is shallow (1m) however the deep end in the centre (1.6m) means students have an opportunity to learn to dive.

There is comfortable seating in the over head balcony where spectators will be able to see and hear everything that is happening on poolside. Siblings are welcome to watch from the balcony.

There are group changing rooms and two showers. All shoes must be removed before going in to the changing rooms.

You can enter the school via the one way system and there is plenty of free parking available.
